Most Orders Ship in One Business Day. All of the items for order from the Aspria Systems website are shipped directly from our fully stocked warehouse in Texas. Equipment & large orders are shipped via UPS ground service. Smaller items may ship via USPS Priority Mail at Aspria Systems' discretion. Special pallet orders delivered by truck. Sales & Delivery only within the USA. Orders to AK & HI are limited to select items and extra shipping cost for those locations will be calculated and confirmed by email once the order is submitted. Aspria Systems ships most orders in one business day. Some products may be shipped in as little as 1 hour and others may require up to 48 hours. Most stocked items ordered online Monday through Friday will ship the following business day. In stock central power units (models CPU) and system package orders (model CVC) will ship in two business days or less. Phone orders can in some cases require more time to process and shipping may require an extra business day for orders called in. Expedited processing is included on every order, expedited transit (air freight) is not available for any order at this time.
A minimum product total of $14.99 is requested to order from Aspria Systems. All order totals over $99 receive free shipping, all other orders are determined at checkout. Aspria Systems does not charge packing or boxing fees. We may at times supplement, augment or replace factory packaging to ensure safe delivery of products at no charge to you. Your credit card will be authorized when you place an order on-line or by phone and when your item is released from our warehouse in transit to you the authorization will be converted to a credit card charge.
UPS time in transit is 2 - 5 business days for most orders depending on final delivery location. Out of stock dates posted on the website are estimates only. If Aspria Systems can not deliver an in-stock order within 14 days we will contact you. If we are unable to fill your order for any reason within 21 days from the date of purchase the order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted when the product arrives to confirm the order before shipment. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped to you, this includes back ordered items.
Satisfaction Guarantee & 30/60 Day Limited Return Privilege Call or email to request an Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number for your return. Returns items eligible for a refund must be shipped freight paid to arrive at Aspria Systems within 30 days of its original delivery date. All Aspria CPU model series central vacuum power units may be returned up to 60 days from the date of delivery if you are not satisfied with its performance. Products returned opened or otherwise determined by Aspria Systems to be not new will incur a 20% restock fee. Damaged, broken, abused, excessively used or dirty returned items will have a higher restocking fee applied. Vacuum filters, vacuum bags, special orders, vacuum tube pallet size orders, repair parts, low-volt wire (cut or full box) and shipping fees (invoiced or not) are non-returnable, non-refundable. Partial kit or bundle items may not be returned. Items returned damaged are ineligible for refund. Satisfaction guarantee, return privilege, product warranties and all other guarantees are only available for products sold, installed and used within the USA. Any order exported for use outside of the USA is sold as-is with no returns or exchanges.
Product Warranty & Service Manufacturers guarantees or warranties are listed on each item's detail page. Items without a listed product warranty include a residential-use only, 90 day warranty for from Aspria Systems unless listed otherwise. Any item that requires warranty service under this policy must be returned to Aspria Systems freight paid for evaluation. Our complete 90 day warranty terms can be found on the conditions page. Closeout items carry their own non-manufacturer guarantee - see the Closeout items details below. Most products include a manufacturers warranty, see the item overview for details. Aspria Systems maintains a complete service facility staffed with factory trained service technicians for both warranty and out-of-warranty service. Contact us with your service needs, check our repair rates and request an Service Return Authorization number for your service item.
Damage, Defects & Discrepancies Aspria Systems will repair or replace an item covered by this policy which is delivered with damage or inoperable after inspection. Please check your order carefully upon arrival and notify us via phone or email within 5 calender days of any damage, defect or shipping discrepancy. Any missing items may either be replaced or their value returned in credit at the discretion of Aspria Systems upon completion of an investigation. Failure to notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery of any shipping damage, functionally defective product or order discrepancy will indicate your acceptance of the order as complete and satisfactory. If your order is damaged in transit contact Aspria Systems customer service department. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or repaired at Aspria Systems discretion. Cosmetic blemishes or imperfections, finish changes from production or normal shipment and handling, or dents or dings that do not in Aspria Systems sole determination effect operation, performance or use of the products are not covered by this policy and not eligible for exchange. If you elect to refund instead of repair or replace a damaged item a 25% restocking fee will apply.
Address & Delivery Shipping fees are non-refundable and are incurred once your order leaves the warehouse. Address changes to items already picked up by UPS will be charged an additional service fee equivalent to the current UPS charge for address changes. If you need to change the delivery address of a package already in transit call Aspria Systems Customer Service at 888-822-8863 with payment information for the UPS address correction fee. Packages returned by the carrier as undeliverable will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Closeout Items Due to their unique status and pricing our normal sales and return policy does not apply to Closeout items which are listed in the Closeout category of the Aspria Systems website. Closeout items can be ordered online with regular products however they are non-returnable. Our closeout sales policy ensures you will always purchase a working item, or the problem will be fixed. Closeout items do not include our normal 30 day satisfaction guarantee included with full price items. If you have a question about a Closeout item we encourage you to contact us before ordering.
Credit Card Address Verification Required A credit card AVS (Address Verification System) match for the shipping address of an order is required before we release your order for shipment. Aspria Systems will only ship to an address that is listed with your credit card company as either the main billing address or an authorized alternate delivery address.
To add an authorized alternate delivery address to your credit card you must call the customer service of your card issuer. Some credit card companies refer to this as "adding information to your notes". Credit card issuers do not charge for this service which prevents credit card fraud. If you are shipping to an address other than your main billing address, confirm with your credit card issuer the address is on file as an authorized alternate delivery address before you submit your order. Orders submitted without an AVS match will be delayed for manual verification or canceled after notification.

No customer of ours has ever lost any money due to fraud as a result of credit card purchases made from us. Offer does not include wholesale or contract pricing or below wholesale cost pricing. Prices listed on Vacdepot Inc. websites are excluded. Our low price guarantee applies only to same item from the same manufacturer with identical SKU number, performance, features, styling and guarantees. Products must be factory firsts. The pricematch competitor must also be an authorized dealer of the product represented. The product must be a stock item, available for shipment, and not be on extended back order or production time. Partial Shipments & Charges If the order total less the back ordered items cost is less than $99 then the entire shipment will be held until the back ordered item arrives and the shipment can be released complete. In-stock orders totaling over $99 will release immediately without the back ordered item. If the back ordered items price is greater than $99 the item will be sent when available with free shipping.
To ensure you receive a back ordered item priced less than $99 as soon as it becomes available you should order the back ordered item separately on its own order. You are only charged for an item when it ships from the warehouse to you. Any item not available are removed from your invoice total if they are not shipped with your order.
